Countrywide bought my loan from another lender. I try refinancing with countrywide recently, and was denied so the loan representative referred me to their affiliates, Full Spectrum who also denied my application. As I was speaking with the Spectrum lender he informed me that my mortgage will increase in February by $300.00, which I thought wow, when was I going to be notify of such a huge increase.

I contacted Countrywide today and spoke with a customer service representative who confirmed that my mortgage will jump $300.00 but it will take affect in March. I informed him that I wasn't notified of the increase. I'm told Countrywide emailed me in my last statement states the increase. Unfortunately, I don't have the email, nor is my account accessible to my next statement, which always in the pass was accessible with stating the next payment due and the amount, which will be withdrawn both by the net and automated service.

What a coincidence, I am unable to access my transactions or next bill due on line or on the automated system. When asked by the rep. He seemed agitated that I am concern why I wasn't notified in writing or unable to access this information to see that increase listed on my February statement (as he states). All I got out of him was the use car salesman pitched, fast-talking, conniving, cunning, craftiness. Is there anyone out there that has experience such poor business practice and have a solution to it? I feel as though I am getting robbed.
