My partner and that I registered Immediate Purchase on dec 2. After studying the e-mails on this website and having second thoughts, we terminated on December 9. They'll not let's out-of our agreement, and after placing 1200.00 along we're currently being charged for that outstanding 5300.00. My partner and that I have decided that people won't provide the organization anymore cash and therefore are ready to combat selections, and document Bankruptcy if we've to. We both have exceptional credit, and simply need out. We've today created two characters delivered via certified email rescinding the agreement. We've not utilized the support whatsoever. We're at our wits end. We'd prefer to picket the company, but we're just a couple and believe it'd have significantly more impact if we're able to obtain a big team to picket. I'm writing to react to your notice dated December 17.
You may already know, we closed our agreement together with your company on December 2 and named to stop the account on December 9 in addition to delivering you prepared notice of our desire to rescind the agreement on December 9. My partner and that I have informed Beta fund organization that people terminated our membership with Immediate Purchase which we'd not be spending any more quantity toward the account. The reaction in the fund organization was they might proceed to bill us till they received notice from Immediate Purchase the consideration was terminated. Today, along with having settled a of 1200.00 for your organization for providers not used, Beta fund may proceed to bill us and finally deliver us to selections to get a account we merely need from.
Along with not getting our password within the decided 3-5 business days, as mentioned within our prior notice, we also provide not obtained our account cards to gain access to additional Immediate Purchase groups. We think that you're in breach of the agreement and so we need a complete reimbursement from you and termination of our account. Most importantly, we genuinely believe that Immediate Purchase places unnecessary discomfort and stress on all customers therefore producing the agreement invalid.
We've been trying to contact the Greater Business Institution regarding this problem, and certainly will proceed to do this. We also want to avoid others from causeing the same expensive error, so we're delivering copies of the communication to nearby papers and tv channels in addition to informing our tale by-word of mouth.
