I registered their house protection support more than 2 years back. As a result of work change, we were shifting to California from MA. We're presently promoting the mother home, and that I requested Secure Security Alarm to stop my bill. Originally I named the organization, and that I talked to Justin Lavoie, and he questioned me to publish a published notice of termination. I'd created a conventional notice for them in February 9.
And That I thought that it had been the finish of the support. I named the organization several times to determine when they received my mail. No body returned in my experience.
Today it's March 30, and that I only obtained another bill in the organization.
I simply named and talked to Alison. She did not hand out her lastname. She stated she could not stop my agreement. She is requesting a final doc for that home in MA. Our home is available on the market, and that I am unsure when it is marketing. Meanwhile, based on her, I still need to purchase the support. But no body lives in the home.
Alison was not fair. She held discussing the agreement term they require a final record before rescheduling.
Also, they never reunite my voice mails. Or answer my emails. Extremely unprofessional.
I'd prefer to alert everybody in public places to look at out for the corporation. They're bad. They're not sensible and open of clientis circumstances.
DoN't use "Safe Security Alarm, Inc".
