Instacash scam - threat of lawsuit, California, Payday Loan
I received a phone message from a woman with a foreign accent named threatening me of a lawsuit pending against me. The phone number he left was 760-284-4637. She told me she was from California State Attorneys office, she told me I was being charged with several violations. I did not pay a loan back from Instacash loans.
