On April 4, I named Wells Fargo requesting them-not release a the cash ($9,000.00) that I'd funded through Protector Homes Power and Options in Santa Ana, Ca, since I'm in challenge with Protector Homes and that I am awaiting them to complete up the roofing work. I had been informed about the telephone they (the financial institution) had launched the cash to Protector on March 31, let's assume that the task have been completed. I had been surprised to listen to the lender launched the cash without confirming with me. They do not have my trademark about the doc; they simply THOUGHT the job have been finished by Protector Homes, who's looking to get $1,400.00 more from me to complete up the task. Protector Homes did not actually attempt to obtain the work permit in the Town of Stone Club according to our agreement. They claimed nothing till I requested them concerning the permit.
Wells Fargo requested that I contact them on April 20 for that standing of my bill. I'm scared I'm coping with one building organization not prepared to be completely accountable for their error along with a lender that addresses my profit this kind of incredibly reckless approach.
Please be careful, nor signal a having a building organization without visiting together with your friends or looking around. I had been too trustworthy. Today my top is just partially completed and that I am in challenge with Protector Homes to whom I offered the task with full confidence on March 23.
