I have been trying to refinance my home for the second time so I can pay off my second with Homeq, for the second time they are sending the wrong pay off and refuse to adjust it. I have paid my loan in advance (my next payment should be due on April 1st) and they are still trying to collect interest without giving credit for my advance payments. I have spent money on appraisals on my home twice already.
People that work the phones at their customer service don't know a thing, and you cannot contact any other person to report errors.
