Buyer beware. I noticed among their infomercials and bought a good work out DVD over this past year. I mentioned no to all of the up-selling and informed them I just needed the DVD. It came and I thought that was that. Today I discover that they've billed my charge card $42.08. I named them-and was informed that it had been for an annual account. An annual account as to the? I had been never told something about an annual account. I never actually got a brochure or a contact informing me just how to make use of this so-called account. It is BS. They've decided to stop the so-called account and reimbursement the $42.08, but after studying the grievances right here, I doubt they'll return the cash. I will have to stop the charge card I gave them.
