It was not until after I visited NHBA that I found them on this website. I smelled a rat in their opening sales pitch Which I was given at my appointment at the Calumet City office. I was met by a person named "Brandy", Who attempted to sell me their services, I opted not to buy. I asked that she return my application because it contained my personal info. She refused. I asked again, but she told me that she "had" to shred the application in her office. Not wanting to push the situation any further, I left. The next morning I contacted the business via e-mail, advising them that should I have any problems withe the use of my personal info, that I would not hesitate to explore legal responses. I received an e-mail in response informing that the matter would be looked into. I wish i had gone to this website before I kept the appointment. Watchout!!!
