I paid $97.00 for at home base job and have not been able to earn money, I been scammed

I paid $97.00 under the assumption that I will be able to earn money from home. Only to get an email that requires me to spend more money to up grade to VIP package. The contact number does not work and email address does not accept incoming emails. I need to get resolution and a refund, for this get rich scam Ryan Jackson has benefited. I don't have money to just give away.
