I purchased a bedroom set from Balaban Furniture who uses Electronic Payment Center. I wrote a check to cover my purchase but was told by Balaban Furniture, eps could not process my check. This occurred on Feb 26 so I paid cash for the furniture. Electronic Payment System drew money ($880.00) out of my checking account beginning March 1, March 7. March 10, and March 14 causing my checking account to be overdrawn and payments charged for nsf and daily over-draft fees amounting to $520.00. I was told by Cindy of Electronic Payment System that I would be refunded $30.00 for the nsf charges which doesn't come close to what the cost and have not received that refund as of yet.
I have faxed all my documents from my bank showing what was done, yet they refuse to acknowledge what they owe me
