I've an issue about TCF Bank. I have been a person there for more than 23 years, which current motion that TCF has had against my consideration is dubious, to express minimal. As I've mentioned before in my own prior articles, Iam declaring bankruptcy, which bottom-feeder selection company/lawyer's workplace "Money Alliance Financial LLC" AKA "Stenger and Stenger" law office has accessed my banking account to be able to gather resources due to their ruling against me. Anyhow, TCF Bank required $100.00 out-of my account due to their "service-fee" for allowing this collection company impose my banking account. I named the financial institution, and also the rude CSR advised me this was "regular process" to cost the customer a charge permitting the lender to impose their bank account. I've never heard about this type of scenario; possibly Iam naive, but this really is simply adding insult to damage.in whatever way for that lender to revenue, I suppose.: (Another method of gouging the customer... Unreal. I welcome any responses or stories regarding this case. Thanks!
