Unauthorized billing

I recently returned from implementation in Afghanistan simply to discover that the entire period that I had been out patrolling the deserts I had been spending about $40 per month to some bullshit fraud or unauthorized funds. I never once decided to spend Blend Labs for something. Heck, I never actually understand who these were before I noticed that funds in my own bank statements. It has truly pissed me down and that I am likely to reach the underside of everything!
