Our capital one master card acct was suspended for alleged " scam " within 30 mins of initiating our card!!! Avoid capital one credit card presents!!! After i received the card, i popped the card and called the # about the red label towards the top of the mastercard. After i was associated with the capital one-rep, who did not talk a word of english, she sounded like a vampire!!! When i tried to activate our m/d, i to needed to try to listen for their fraud offers of safety, credit history garbage, ect. When i, as-well professionally rejected the presents, she continued to press their offers and wouldn't let me off the telephone!!! Simply to get off the telephone with this fool, i did so take their offer for the security. Lastly, i had been told that my card was triggered. I subsequently go right to kroger to obtain gas along with the the transaction was accepted. Excellent!!! Subsequently i visited make another purchase and it had been rejected??? I named the # about the back of the card to discover why??? Again, i acquired someone else that didn't speak english and didn't possess a hint by what the hell was happening. I had been then placed on hold for 20 mins and simply moved without having actually being told, to a different limit one employee and was asked to verify all my data again, that we professionally did. The repetition never explained who he was or what his position was or what department i had been transfered to. I'd to request these details! And then he proceeds to ask me how they can help me, understanding dawm nicely what the hell was happening!!! And had to tell the same story over sentence after sentence. Their reply was " somebody was out using my m/d producing fraudulenty costs". Amazed by being told these details, i responded to him " that is impossible because of the proven fact that i'd simply triggered the card and had the card in my possession and had indeed made the transaction myself ". I had been then told i'd to fax in copies of bills, pay stubs and drivers license to prove my identity and our m/d could be unblocled in 4 business days." (my problem is that this!)' why the hell did they ("approve ") the card (" email ") it in my experience, (" trigger ") it and ("then let me to utilize it ") then prevent it and never request this information in their application before they approve it "?!?!?!?!?!?!) that is undoubtedly, " the absolute most totally, ridiculous and acutely uncommon " couple of bull crap i've ever had to cope with within my lifetime. On every one of the provides it states " money one nohassle ". Nicely, i am unfortunately they should you cope with them they'll be one big trouble!!! What it boils down in my experience " not accepting " to buy the insurance, regular credit-report, and fraud safety cons by putting these charges on my card and leave me no accessible credit!!!
