We apprsised an condominium in Jensen Beach, FL being purchased by an out of state buyer. We were contacted to perform an appraisal for the purchase which we did and the loan was granted and we confirmed that the purchaser closed on the transaction 1/4.
To date we have not been paid. The appraisal payment was sent to Maverick AMC, not us.
We have tried contacting ETec AMS and believe they are no longer in business as they do not answer the phone or e-mails sent regularly.
Be careful in accepting ANY assignment from ETec AMS as you may not get paid.
This is one major reason the AMC's need to be regulated like the rest of US. Pass it on.
