PayPal restricted my bill declaring that another PayPal bill was mounted on my previous email. The truth is, I never connected any PayPal account for this current email address, and it’s an address that's nearly 10 years old.
I called PayPal’s ‘customer service’ and tried describing this for them, but their perspective was that nothing can be achieved till they obtain cash.
I’m a soldier who's implementing today and that I required use of these resources and these folks couldn't perhaps care any less.
Nevertheless work is nothing lacking felony.
