John sacco, justine oliver, latanya taylor, howard taylor, laura rolfes, eric rolfes, alysa rolfes harry rolfes scammed some thousands of dollars from clients for a bogus loan program

Harry rolfes acting as a business broker in the cinn. Ohio area took up - front funds from un-suspected clients for a loan program he was selling on cl when the program didn't happen and the loans didn't come through as promised and guaranteed by harry rolfes he then refused to refund the up-front monies he took... Saying he spent it and if you wanted it back take him to court... Which in investigating harry rolfes he has done this in the past... He is nothing more then a low-life scam artist...
