On 1/19 I put an order for $550 for all jewelry posts this organization offers at allegedly wholesale rates. The individual getting the purchase was Ana Lopez. A couple of days later I obtained the purchase however it was imperfect, I put another telephone call and was guaranteed that it had been an error which I ought to get the fixed order quickly.
Trusting that my purchase would be set, I put another purchase on 2/4 for $602, this time the person taking the order was Linda Lopez, I suppose this can be a family-run company. After I told Linda that my first-order was imperfect, she stated that she would resolve the issue. On 2/7 I spoke once again to Linda who claimed to be the manager of this business. She stated that I'd to talk to Mirella Gonzalez since she's the one who handles the funds, she explained that she would reimbursement me all the cash which I really could then deliver her the items I'd purchased because the purchase such as the second one wasn't delivered properly.
Not just did they deliver mean imperfect purchase, the caliber of the merchandise wasn't anything I really could market to my customers. On 2/10 I called back since I have hadn't obtained the cash which was likely to be delivered back, that's when Mirella Gonzalez advised me that she'd transformed her brain and wasn't likely to return the cash any more.
I really donot understand what to complete or who to speak with. They questioned me to pay for the man from advantages having a money purchase, that we did. I've not gotten all my product or perhaps a return. I'd like the general public to become mindful this organization may grab your money, deliver you imperfect purchases and never return your money. Do not conduct business with RALPH ZAD.
