Around august of while searching for a futures trading company I ran into a sales person at Diversified Trading Strategist INC. Per phones conversations, this smooth talking persuasive sales manager CONED me in to believing that, Russell Sands veteran trader is one of the worlds top 3%. He claimed 97% of people who trade on there own, loose, and the 3% make all the money. He gave me a 100% guaranty of my subscription of $5,500.00 for the for ex program, $5,000.00 for futures program, If after 12 months of trading is unprofitable, and then claimed that DTS has never had to refund any one the subscription fee. That is the big misleading LYE!!! That got me to comment. Because I be leaved the chances of loos were so small.
To seal the deal he gave me a extra 12 months of trading for free if I choose to stay longer then the 12 months. He had me simply cross out the 12 month on the contract and replace it with 24 months. Making that change, on the number of months was the biggest scam of the whole operation!!! THIS is the result, after the 12 months in e forex program I was down around $3,200.00. I then immediately requested a full refund. For over three months of staling, playing games, deceiving and trying desperate to keep me in the program for another 12 months for free. When that did not work, they pulled out the ace in the whole, THE CONTRACT! Indicates that you must trade for 24 months. So pretending to be giving me a free extra 12 months subscription actually was a scam.
IN the futures program I tried to immediately cancel, I called Joe back the second day, told him that I'm not conformable with both programs let me try one out first. He was very persuasive promising, that you nothing to loos, I will give you two months to cancel just try it out. Still not convinced. I emailed them a cancellation request.in the end, they would not give me back my money, although you are aloud to cancel a transaction with in 48 hours es, especially when no services were rendered. I ended up loosing $5000.00 in subscription fee, and over 10,000.00 in the trading of futures. I pulled the rest out the rest of my money out for fear of a total lose. The shrewd business practices are unbelievable. Any decent company would cancel on subscription with in 48 hours.
