PayPal.com is actually working one heck of the large racket by making the most of web revenue (cons) by known counterfeiters. With sufficient proof provided to PayPal.com about counterfeiters using PayPal.com to victimize customers who obtain unlicensed, bootleg, trademark breaking, inauthentic products through USPS email, PayPal.com intentionally proceeds to permit fakes to publish their emblem on such scammers' sites, particularly Ioffer and Ebay. And why would not they because their earnings are huge? PayPal.com doesn't recognize area 13.5 of the individual agreement under conflicts: "should you shed a Somewhat never as Explained State since the product you offered is fake, you'll be asked to give a complete reimbursement towards the customer and you'll not get the product back (it'll be ruined)." This isn't what PayPal. Comis quality middle does to victimed customers of fake products! Alternatively, PayPal.com sets forth the problem needing cheated customers to illegally vessel fake products (proof of quantity felonies) being researched as US Mail Scam, Web Offenses, Copyright Violations, Breaking the US Federal Trade Commissionis 2006 US Secure Internet Work changes back again to the counterfeiting vendor! Not just is shipping fake products via USPS a national offense, but destroying data while national inspections are underway is also.

Shame on PayPal. Appears it's time for you to discover a lawyer who would like to try a significant suit against PayPal because a lot of customers have grown to be victimed by PayPal.
