PNC points is a total waste. The customer service is awful and rude. And clearly outsourced. I ordered a gift card, was notified that it was shipped. It never came. Still hasn't. When I call to check on the status or get the tracking number, they tell me “shipped” doesn't mean shipped actually. It means the order was initiated and has 4-6 weeks to be completed. Well I'm sorry but shipped and initiated are not the same. I should then be able to cancel my order, but they would not let me. Wouldn't even let me speak to a manager. They are AWFUL, TERRIBLE, and clearly very ignorant to have a HUGE website glitch such as this and not be able to fix it. I was told by one representative to call back and cancel the card because of the online mistake of notifying me it was coming to me. Then I was told that the 4-6 week term and condition was stated on the website. Well, which is it? Learn to speak english correctly while you are at it!
