Ripoff Took 159 dollars and did not give the promised card nationwide

They called me and offered me a 5000 credit card for 159 dollars, i bit... To this date i have recieved nothing. I have called several times and they keep giving me excuses. The last said they were investigating and to call back in a week. Well the number no longer answers. Need help to get these ripoff artists. I no longer care about the money i just want them in jail!!!
