I called to talk to the agent on my auto insurance policy. The lady that wrote the policy her name was Jennifer. She was very rude talking over me. At first would not even give me her name. She would not let me talk to the owner of the insurance outlet. His name is John. I asked when he would be in and she said she had no Idea when he would be in. She would not give me any of the information i asked for concerning my policy. I could go on and on. All I have to say to anyone that might get insurance in this area is to go to one of the other reps for Bristol West Insurance you can call them and they will give you other numbers. This company does not deserve the commission. I have been a manager for a multi million dollar company for over 20 yrs and I can tell you Jennifer would not even make it in the door of my company and if she did she would not be there long.
