Spoke with norm rodgers regarding a paid collection on my credit for $65.00. This collection should not be there at all. All documents were sent in. Norm stated" it's people like you who never pay anything then expect everyone to do everything for them, go ahead send as many letters as you want they will get no where with me i dont care. And get a lawyer too so you can waste more money."
He then said, there is nothing you can do. You do not pay anything and there is nothing you can do about that. That's just tough. Norm then would not let me speak and said i'm done talking to you and hung up on me.
This guy needs to be put out of business. If a class action suit is filed contact me by using the rebuttal box below. He was disrespectful, harrassing and demeaning on the phone immediately.
