Nedbank made a mistake, rejects claim for refund

At the conclusion of February my income was tranfered into my Nedbank account. I withdrew R1000 of it about the 27th and next my card got dropped. I quit the card about the 28th and also have the guide quantity etc. About The 1st of March a great deal of dealings experienced about the card which emptied out my entire consideration. I documented it towards the authorities who exposed a scam situation, and documented this to Nedbank in Alberton. They stated it'd consider 4-6 months to return my cash since it was their problem the dealings experienced following the card was ceased, which it just needed to feel the regular proscedures, however they might retain in connection with me. About the 12th of May I documented the situation towards the lender obudsman and that I needed to telephone them each time to discover that which was happening. About the 20th of May I called and got the clear answer that some data was requested from Jackie at Alberton and they might telephone me back. After I called about the 22nd again Rob advised me the state was rejected which I really could proceed and obtain the entire statement in the Alberton department that describes why it's been declined. It was my income which was obtained from me I'd like it back!!!
