I have had numerous complaints that remain unanswered from the credit card company. They hold back payments on numerous occasions even though I give them all the information they request.
The salesman told me one thing and the company states another. My business in all large dollar amounts and they continually hold back for a week or longer on any charges over $7500 even though they charge the fees upfront and they are deducted from my account immediately.
They do not call back and a supervisor is never available to address the situation. They state they have no reps in Florida yet someone came to my office to set me up. They promised one thing and delivered another. They have excess fees that are never explained. I have asked several times for them to send me a notice to cancel their service.
