FCNB Card Processing Center ripoff rude customer service, unjust late fees, no live reps to contact

I've been a Spiegel client for more than 8 years. I've obtained concern because the evening I obtained a notice declaring my card had been terminated, without any actual description. I named, and was informed they sent the cards and may have provided grounds and apologized to make me experience as if it had been suspended because of anything I did so.

Since that time, it's been a headache. There is nowhere I really could deliver my cost. No body understood several to make contact with etc. Then Your 1st bill originates from the financial institution that overran the mortgage. And you can find late fees. I named and protested, detailing Eddie Bauer might no further consider my funds and based on what figures my bill started with, might determine where my cost will have to proceed, but that they did not have any info in addition to that.
