Ufs inc does not follow signed contract/agreement

United financial systems will disperse your payments as planned,

And every once in a while not disperse your payments to your credit

Company as if you wouldn't notice. You will contact them, they will sort

It out, and then it will happen again. Around the end of your contract (once you are

Just about done paying off your debt) they will no longer send payments towards

Your debt, and remain out of contact. They may respond every once in

Awhile letting you know they are looking over your account with thier

"accounting dept" so you will not file in court. After it is all said and

Done they only take a little over $1000 from you hoping you will let it go

Since you've 1) paid all debt off yourself or 2) not be able to reach them

And give up hope. And even for some they will send you a letter in the

Mail letting you know that you will now have your client account with

Another company. This company has numerous complaints with the bbb

And has resolved little of thier complaints. I would not recommend this

Company to anyone.

Has anyone else had similar situations with united financial systems,

Inc???
