I and many others were promised in writing a Divisional Manager position to include anexclusive territory, our personal FreedomFlex Policy, personal business website, free marketing leads, a Stock Participation plan with SEC filings, recruiting commissionsand more. To date 3 months later I have received nothing for my $2760 investment. An agent has to pay $409 to sign on and is also promised their own FreedomFlex too but I have not been able to find anyone that has received any policy or commissions. I find that ISMAmerica is not incorporated, not registered with the SEC, has not paid my commissions, and all run through a series of companies that cover for each other, Interstate Specialty Marketing (hence ISMAmerica). We were told thatthe American Association of Government and Private Employeesrequested them develop the FreedomFlex plan but they are all in the same office. Their sales con literature given us specifically says there are also in alliance with Fidelity They have given me none of the above and refuse to pay me back my money nor will they answer my repeated request for a refund.
