Along the way of attempting to organize automobile fund to get a personal purchase their reps didn't contact me numerous occasions and each time I approached them-and requested for help they guaranteed to obtain the individual accountable to make contact with me however it never occurred. I'd to telephone them many times winding up keeping the point for around 15mins each time. Then they guaranteed to get hold of the vendor no later than Friday morning. On Friday morning after calling them again many times and after threatening them when they do not contact the vendor and call me straight next to provide the facts they once more didn't return my phone. 2 Hours later I called again which amount of time in no nice feeling. Then they explained they had approached the vendor and they attempted to phone the vendor on Thursday but he did not answer his telephone. It was not the case given that they never requested for almost any information on the vendor (title or quantity), they just required it on Friday morning. Along with that even while an FNB customer they provided me a rate of interest, higher than my different vehicle that's funded through MFC.
