Well, to make the story short: Mabella is older women out of her Mind running around West and East coast and puts her senseless bids on big real estate projects mostly hotels.
We have accepted her offer, signed the contract of sale for building in New York, she got us with a hot check from Chase bank for half a million (500,000 $) as deposit... It bounced back as unsufisient funds! My dynasty real estate investment llc, Mabel aka Sam Tiara aka Elena etc - collected all confidencial information on the property wasted my time and went back to California, said she will call me back in a minute every time I talked to her. Similar story happens all over the east coast like (Statler, in buffalo NY)- probably in CA everybody knows her so her target is NY.
Stay away!!!
Don't waste time if you are a broker or a lawyer or principal she will put her bid as buyer will use you, your reputation, time nothing will get done!
