This man will pretend to know people and have relationships with them. Do not believe him. He acts as a broker for projects but does not actually represent those projects. He will also say he knows some very wealthy and influential people. This is a very desperate man and not that good of a liar and when he doesn't get what he wants from you he will start yelling at or threatening you.
