The scumbag owner scott will tell you that he can impound your car if you dont have the title and in 30 days you will get the money when he gets dmv paperwork. Well this guy is a liar and you will not get a dime from him, the only thing you get from him is his scumbag trailer trash threats, of wich he cant even make good on those either
