David who owns & operates Kleen Credit is a con-artist. I wish I would've checked him & his business out on Pensacola's Better Business Bureau website prior to giving him $500 to repair my wife's credit. I would've seen that he has the lowest grade possible - an F. So low in fact, that the BBB not only gave him an F, but revoked his accreditation for failure to respond to a complaint... What does this mean in 3 words? LACK OF INTEGRITY.
This con-artist took $500, and promised to have the few issues on my wife's credit repaired within 3 months. As of 1/18 it's been 3 months, and nothing has happened as far as I know. I use the words "as far as I know" because I cannot get a return phone call or email. No matter when I call, how polite I am, how many times I try... I cannot get a response.
I have no recourse except to spend another $80 to file suit in small claims court, which I am doing tomorrow.
To help ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else out there I would recommend doing one of two things if you're considering using Kleen Credit for credit repair:
1. Take your $, flush it down the toilet, call a phone number that's been disconnected while waiting for an answer, and send daily emails to unknown addresses expecting a response.
2. Do your homework, and use a reputable firm - there are many on the internet that are cheaper, and provide much better service.
Best of Luck,
A Small Business Owne
