This company promised an instant check of up to $1000 on TV if you had your last paycheck stub (Which I did)... Unfortunately, I only got $50, then they promised a RAL (Refund Anticipation Loan) by 1/15 and now I have been told I have been denied whereas they told me before that everyonegets approved! Now they are telling me I wont get my money until the 28th. They also told me that they are charging me almost $500 for this! I was not told this until after I signed everything!
Since I am denied for the RAL I asked them for a refund of the loan fee. They will not give me a refund of the bank loan processing fee as they tell me that their company does not give refunds. I saw the other complaint on here and they are not giving that person a refund either... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This place is a scam. The owner is taking all of our money and giving us nothing in return!
Apparently after looking at all the reports onhere about this company, I am not the only one to be scammed andlied to. I am reporting this company to the BBB and I am also going to the Attorney General for FRAUDjust like the other person making a report here. This company is frauding me out ofmy refund!
