Santander Client, US purchased out Citifinancial this past year. We'd not a problem with this particular organization. Since Santander got around, it's been only DIFFICULTY! They've dropped payments, mis-published payments, required moneys out-of our checking acct. Without agreement plus a $10.95 control charge, with all this stated, our automobile was repoed and we'd all the funds in a document! Not to mention we'd submitted to get a remodification in Nov. Of 2010 plus they sent the document work to us using a buddies fax device w/d they mightnot have it to-go through on the finish, therefore we created many excursions to the buddies home, closed the paper-work, sent it back and was informed we were "ACCEPTED" for that fresh change along with a cost would not be due until January which it had been likely to be $325 per month in the place of $458. Therefore, we did not create a cost once we were directed! Well, it caused us to possess our automobile reposessed plus they stated they NEVER obtained the fax-back from us! We'd to pay for an overall total of $1815.05 and one more $150.00 towards the restoration organization in MONEY! We settled the total amount that people owed and named the restoration organization plus they also were really rude and informed us these were departing half an hour early also it was atleast a 45 minute. Push and he explained he nevertheless hadn't obtained the "LAUNCH" from Santander. And he told us we'd need to spend $75 plus one more $15 each day despite the fact that these were closed on wkends. Well it arrived a Ideal/Ice storm in Woodstock. On that following Sunday and obviously we could not reach YOUR automobile before subsequent FRIDAY! We've had it with this specific organization and did precisely what we were informed to complete from the guidance of the team, Supervisors! But still nowadays they reveal that the cost arrives Jan. 25th in the place of Feb. 10. That is horrible. I'd NOT suggest this LENDER to ANYBODY! The corporation has triggered LOTS OF UNNECESSARY TENSION!!!
