Stay away from this company. Especially their Sales Representative, John Toolan. He will tell you anything to sell the company's shoddy services. You will spend $10,000. On crap you can get on your own. The lender list is made up on lenders that don't lend anymore. Their broker agreements look like something made up by a junior high school student. The website they provide you with is not professional caliber material. These guys are slick.
