I paid $29.95 to A Loan Yes for what I thought was a good list of contacts for a personal loan. To my dismay, it was a short list of 14 lenders, most of whom I was already familiar with and had already contacted some of them on my own - for free - and was further upset to find out that I had to pay additional "fees" to each one to apply, in addition to the $29.95 I already paid. I thought the $29.95 gave me free access to other lenders.
I e-mailed A Loan Yes and asked for a refund because they gave me a list of lenders I already found on the internet myself and felt ripped off. They repeated their refund policy which is that refunds will be made only after applying with and being denied by 3 lenders. Well, I can't afford to pay fees up to $50 each to 3 lenders just so I can get a refund from A Loan Yes. If I could, I wouldn't be trying to obtain a personal loan in the first place. I can't afford to lose any money, but now I'm out $29.95. A Loan Yes offered to send me additional applications to several high risk lenders, which I decided I don't want to pursue because they will most likely charge additional fees, too. STAY AWAY from A Loan Yes! It's a total ripoff! They make their money off people who can't afford to lose any money!!
