Thank you all for submitting these reports and letting those of us who could possibly fall prey to these scam artists know.
Thankfully I decided to do a little research before sending my $37/$43 dollar "processiog and delivery" or "membership" fee (whatever they want to call it as they reference both in their "acceptance certificate".
I received the $15,000 "not a maybe" but guaranteed gold card scam the other day, and almost sent it in as I could really use that kind of money right now, but something told me that it could be something fishy, because it didn't reference a type of card, a telephone number, no Terms or conditions (as most big name credit card company's provide before you send in an application), none of the normal stuff I am use to seeing. Thanks to this web site, I was able to get this kind of information before falling victim.
Also, I read one persons report that had the Attorney General of California web site and asked that people file complaints, so I did. Then also I found the U.S. Postal Inspectors Web site http://www.usps. Gov/postalinspectors and filed a Mail Fruad complaint in hopes of helping you all that have fallen victim, your promised "30 day full refund of membership fees" returned to you. I hope that I can help you all find some justice, since you help me discover this scam. Thank you
