I prepaid 766 $US to get a language program which was NEVER SHIPPED. Over a period of time of 8 weeks, my numerous emails and phone calls in regards to the issue haven't BEEN ANSWERED. Lastly, my REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT continues to be OVERLOOKED. I've switched the problem to my charge card organization, who shows me that I should delay atleast four weeks in order for them to perform an evaluation and change the costs to my bill.
