I have been paying on a debt that was turned over to JC Christensen and Associates Inc. Every month for a year now.
My beginning balance in Dec. 2009 was 750.00, after paying payments on this debt for a year i just received a letter stating that my balance is now 1097.41.
I am not getting credit for the money orders that i have been sending them. This company is very nasty and i need to know what my options are, what can i do to get this straightened out, they are very uncooperative.
