Ocwen Federal Bank has found someone to do its Illegal foreclosure and I mean Illegal. Not one thing has been done by California Law. They have no phone number to contact them to inquire as to the reason and the amount and when it occured. They simply don't know and refer you to Ocwen Bank and you never are able to get through. The sale date is Dec 17th and according to the only notice that I ever received was taped to my door on the 28th of November and someone changed the date by overwriting the due date which was the 20th of November and they changed it to the 28th.

The notorized statement of the appearance of Ann Garbis Dated 10-10 a "Default Servicing Manager" for I assume is for the California Attorney Les Zieve was in Florida and a Ms Snider was the Notary who verified that she indeed is who she said she was. Her Commission Number is DD22948 and the last number you can't make it out as it is not clear like all the others. Maybe a worn out 1 or 2 or 7. Probabally bogus But I think I might let everone see for themselves.

Now the Notice of Trustee Sale has a figure of 71,057.02 they say I owe. Now I just received a payoff notice and a reinstatement amount from Ocwen Bank which I would like to let everyone see and notice that the large difference of amounts they say I owe.

Dated 10/10 66,391.89 Principal 4,696.78 Interest Interest arreage 20,484.37 Late charge of 1,425.74 Returned check of 50.00 Title reports 400.00 Certified Mail Cost 1,105.00 stipulation setup 19.98 foreclosure cost 200.00 Foreclosure fee 411.00 property Valuation fee 324.33 Property inspection fee 73.00 payoff quote 10.00 escrow advance 632.23 and a credit for Suspence of 2.34 bring their total to a amazing 96,302.98.

To cure the default they claim I owe a whopping 10,336.96. This will stop the foreclosure.

Now I have 7,000.00 dollars for what was pass due as they refused my payments and started all this crap. So here it is guys the auction amount of 71,057.02 is different from the loan payoff I get from my potential new lenders. It blows everybody off and away. Something is very wrong here and I am looking at the paperwork as I write.

You see Ocwen Bank wants your loan and really don't want to sell it. It appears that they want to keep you in a holding pattern with them and if push come to shove they will take the house.
