This guy goes by the name of yamiliin lopez but he is also known as jake gill out of california pretending to be a rep for this fictious company called alternet funding. What jake does is tell you he can get you funding by buying a gaed shelf corp from this guy yamiliin lopez, but really they are the same person, jake gill guarantees that his company will get you funding with in 45 days of 160k or more but the only way to do this is to buy a aged shelf corporation of 5 years or more. His pitch is that you dont pay any money up front that a 10% fee is collected on the backend after the funds have been collected. So you are good with that because no up front fees all you do is pay for the corp, this is the scam, he sells the corps for 700 dollars but noone would buy them unless they were going to get funding so he has to figure out a gimmick to falsely sell the corps to tout a business that does not exist. There is really to much to write but this guy had me set up my whole entire business according to this, i went to people and solicited them to buy corporations with the promise of funding and now to find out that it was all a fraud, i gave my word to clients and i also operated in good faith and disclosed to them every aspect of this because i thought i was going to be helping people. This scam has cost me my reputation and they still go on as if nothing is happened. I have decided to take this whole mess to the federal govt because people like this need to be held accountable for their actions, i have all the emails, all the paperwork to back up what i am stating, although this is very vague this is a rampent action that is costing consumers not only money but time and frustration because of the scam of it.
