I can not find a lawyer in my own location that will help me. I have to "pursue" PNC Mortgage Company. I have preserved a-2-time. Telephone call & SEVERAL letters. I've been looking to get solutions to wherever my cash went for AROUND ANNUALLY! I had been signed up for the HAMP plan WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I have created my normal funds PROMPTLY EACH TIME. One PNC department. Explained I had been 30 or even more times overdue Sept. Oct. Nov. & Dec. Of 2009. THIS ISN'T THEREFORE, or does it think about my credit history. I did so get behind in my own escrow account since in Sept. 2009 I changed Inches. Denver. To State Farm. I obtained a reimbursement check from my preceding company. MetLife & I used it. After I recognized PNC had previously compensated MetLife, I instantly settled $300 of it back again to my escrow. That they are actually telling me was paid to to some third party... However they cannot tell me for what or who or why... I've THIS DOCUMENTED! I ought to have just been behind on my escrow $700 to a maximum of $1000. Our home cost went up about $130 throughout that period. Today most abundant in current escrow declaration, the cost went down only $50. One man at PNC explained he is able to visit a cost I created this past year simply resting within the "ADDITIONAL" line not utilized everywhere. HOW COME THAT?! Our home cost is really large today & I'D LIKE solutions & refinanced. I require a lawyer since I am not receiving everywhere with PNC apart from the runaround and moved back & forth to various individuals who, ultimately, can't help me. I have been a nervous wreck. Each time I contact them I spring an immediate migraine. This past year I settled almost $7,000 in attention. This season as of this moment, it is stating over $8k so far... Our mortgage is now more than 4 year. Previous. 30-yr. Mounted, $98,000 orig. 7.5% Traditional w / $78 PMI... Escrow: fees around $1900/year. & Insurance around $1,000/year... GUIDANCE???
