I created funds with SIMMS affiliates that will be the collection company for HSBC car loans to get a vehicle that Hsbc reclaimed (spouse had dropped work in poor economy). They offered the vehicle at market and charged me for that distinction. I had been created an offer by SIMM affiliates to stay. I settled the negotiation in 4 funds beginning in August and closing in Oct. 2009. I've a notice from SIMM declaring the consideration was compensated in full. I also provide copies of bank drafts from Lender of America displaying the 4 payments. SIMM recognizes the negotiation was settled entirely.in early I received a notice from Santander that my mortgage was no further within the fingers of HSBC. HSBC car loans was offered to Santander.in March I approached SIMM concerning the issue. They claimed they'd manage it. Three months before I acquired a notice from Santander about my Mortgage. I've been related with SIMM and Santander just about every day going back 2 weeks. For 13 weeks I've been looking to get this off my credit. Santander will not recognize funds to HSBC by SIMM. I've websites of recorded telephone calls to SIMM and Santander. However uncertain Since Oct. 2009. What must I do today?
