I recieved forcloser papers in april and since then it has been been nothing but a nightmare tring to work with these people. They never return my phone calls and when i do actully get a live person on the line half the time i can't understand them anyways. I have sent them papers many times and then they say they either have'nt recieved them or they misplaced them. Come on your suppose to be running a company here! They continue to tell me i don't quallify for the presidents new help for homeowners because of my income but and i would'nt be able to make the payments, well is'nt that the point of it, it help people who have lost their jobs and need alittle help right now until they can get back on their feet. I'm at my withs end and i'm ready to a lawyer to resolve all this mess and get some of the $6.000 of lat fees and other fines and cost they have already tacted on to my mortage
