Over-drawn $99 without permission

I'm really upset about Jewelry Online Team, since $99 was removed from my consideration without my agreement.

I'd appreciate if my consideration is attributed in my consideration for $99, and that I would really like to get a boss to contact me back of course if not I'll consider appropriate action.
