I did not authorize this

I tested my bank account today and two online inspections were created without my agreement. One was for $49.98 another was for $24.95. I simply purchased an automobile and had the insurance set-to emerge nowadays today they cant consider the insurance out since you required cash out that wasnt designed to emerge. I'm over-drawn a substantial amount of cash as a result of this. The cash must be put-back in my own consideration the moment possible. The termination conformation number is 5894892.
