I'm a handicapped person who couldn't spend his credit debt to Barclays (juniper). I created an effort to stay with Barclays however they wouldn't react and switched my debt to Phillips and Cohen Ltd - a group company. After much dialogue - I created an arrangement with Mr. T—d Hi—inches of Phillips and Cohen to repay your debt with time. There have been said to be no late charges or interest gathered within my payback time. The first debt was $ 6000.00 and that I created funds totalling $ 350.00 which may have introduced my stability to $ 5650.00. Thiis was put up as monthly obligations appearing out of my bank account.
Lo and see - I obtained a declaration from Barclayis displaying I owed over $ 6100.00 plus they were getting me curiosity and late fees.
I quickly named Phillips and Cohen and was informed they had no control of what Barcdlayis was doing. These were said to be addressing Barclayis but evidently Barclay's had no idea on that which was happening. Seems in my experience they were TEARING me down and fraudulantly addressing Barclays. I told Phillips and Cohen they'd damaged our contract and that I will not pay some of this debt. I also published words towards the Michigan Attorneygeneralis consumer-protection department, Barclays Government Office and Phillips and Cohen. I reside just on impairment and am not necessary legally to pay for this debt BUT I had been trying to be truthful - guess it did not work. I just speculate how these collectors may rest during the night after understanding they proceed to lay and obtain away withit.
