Do not engage in any work for this company without getting your fees up front. They will never pay you and then when they do have the money they will not pay your fees in full even after one partner signed an agreement. They are using other peoples money for real estate investment and do not pay for services rendered unless their deal closes which is rarely. They will promise you payment when their deals close but their deals never close. They have closed one deal in two years. They will promise you thousands of dollars for your work and then tell you if the deal does not close you do not get paid.
This is your worst nightmare for those that spec their work.investors beware of the fees they stack on top of their deals and buyers do your due diligence. They will keep you hanging on a thread for months and you will never get paid and they will never perform.
