She will tell you she can close a deal in less than 30 days.
She will come up with some story about how her attorney will need money to get the paper work done, if you pay her more money she will expedite the deal and get it done quicker.
She will then take your clients money and go shopping!
She has no database of investors looking at your deal!
She is very good at coming up with reasons and excuses as to why the investor cant be on the phone conference, why your deal does not have a LOI yet, why your deal went over the due dates. Why the contracts aren't done yet.
She will tell you she has talked with the investor and will have the docs you need by Friday, she will tell you that you will have POF by the end of the week.
Investors will die, Investors will go on vacation, Investors will get sick, Investors will just disappear!
She will make up excuses and lie about the investors, she will lie about the people that brought the deal, she will lie and make up stories about the last stories, and then lie about those stories! AND then tell you more stories and lies!
She CANNOT and WILL NOT, Close a deal!!!
She has never closed a deal!!!
She lives on the upfront money!!!
Do not pay her anything up front you will never get it back!!!
She does not have the talent to even close a deal!!!
She will tell you she is terminally ill, she will tell you she knows famous people, she will tell you anything you want!
Stay away from this woman, SHE HAS MENTAL ISSUES!!!
SHE IS A COMPULSIVE LIAR! She lies just to lie!
Ask her a few questions...
What was the last deal she closed?
Get references, people that are satisfied with her work...
Ask to talk with her last attorney.
Ask her why if shes really 60 years old, and she has done this for years... How come there is nothing on the internet about her? I'm sure she will have a story for that!!!
When she begins to answer your questions with:
YEP, YEP, YEP, YEP... SHE IS LIEING

Call the FBI and tell them where she is
Call the Securities Exchange Commission
Call the State of Maine, the State of New Hampshire, the State of Vermont
